A dynamic leader with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mr. Dissanayake a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful young Managing Director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen the management team in order to maximize company standards and efficiency. His collaboration with China Harbor Engineering Company (CHEC) on the iconic Port City Colombo project—a $1.4 billion megaproject reshaping Sri Lanka’s coastline—honed his ability to merge technical precision with operational excellence, shaping Radissan’s DNA of reliability.
